By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

Our services
Vendorapp provides a comprehensive vendor and supply risk management web application designed to help businesses manage their vendor relationships, assess risk, and improve compliance with procurement policies.
The information provided by Vendorapp is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or financial advice. Vendorapp does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of vendor data retrieved via third-party services.
Use Restrictions: Vendorapp is not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (such as HIPAA or FISMA). If your interactions would be subject to such laws, you may not use the Services.

Subprocessors & third-party services
Vendorapp integrates with several subprocessors to provide hosting, authentication, payment processing, and other essential services. These include:
- Microsoft Azure (Hosting & AI services)
- Microsoft 365 (Support Ticketing)
- Brandfetch (Public Vendor Data Lookup)
- Kinde (Authentication)
- Stripe (Payment Processing)
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Vendorapp does not store financial details such as credit card numbers.
If you object to our use of any subprocessor, you may request an alternative processing method by contacting us at support@vendorapp.co. However, refusal of essential subprocessors may result in limited service functionality.
Purchases, payments, and subscriptions
Vendorapp accepts major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal, all processed via Stripe.
- Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your plan.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- No refunds are provided for partial use of a subscription period.
Vendorapp may modify pricing, and users will be notified of changes at least 30 days in advance.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use Vendorapp for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass security features of the Platform.
- Upload malware, viruses, or harmful content.
- Misuse Vendorapp services in a way that could harm or disrupt other users.
- Engage in unauthorized scraping, data mining, or automation of Vendorapp's functionality.
- Harass or threaten our staff or other users.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Dispute resolution & liability limitation
Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with English arbitration laws.
Liability Limitation:
- Vendorapp is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties of any kind.
- Vendorapp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, or business interruption.
- In no event shall Vendorapp's total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Vendorapp in the past 12 months.
- Vendorapp is not responsible for third-party services or subprocessors.
Updates & notification policy
Vendorapp may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes.

- Major changes will be communicated via email.
- Users can check the subprocessors page for up-to-date information.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
