Update Your Business Details

Business details overview

Your business details define how your company is displayed throughout Vendorapp. These include:

• Business name
• Industry
• Timezone
• Default currency
• Appearance (light or dark mode) – Coming soon

How to update your business details

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Business Information.
3. Update the relevant fields: name, industry, timezone, currency, and appearance.
4. Click Save.

Only Agent owner can update business details.

Change business time zone

1. Go to Settings > Business Information.
2. In the Timezone dropdown, choose your local time zone.
3. Click Save.

This setting affects all users across your organization.

Change currency type

1. Go to Settings > Business Information.
2. In the Default Currency dropdown, select your preferred currency.
3. Click Save.

Changing the currency will not update existing contract values. Make sure any financial data is aligned before switching currencies.
