Delete Your Account
Who can delete an account
Only the Agent Owner can delete the Vendorapp business and all associated data.
No other user — including agents, viewers, or billing contacts — has permission to delete the account.
How to delete your business
To delete your Vendorapp business:
- The Agent Owner must go to Settings > Overview.
- Click the red Delete business button.
- In the modal that appears, type delete to confirm.
- Click the final Delete business button.
Once confirmed:
- All users will be immediately logged out.
- All business data will be permanently removed from Vendorapp systems.
- Billing will be stopped at the end of the billing cycle.
⚠️ This action is irreversible. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
What happens after deletion
When the business is deleted:
- All contracts, vendors, documents, tasks, and user records are erased.
- The organization is fully removed from Vendorapp.
- Any remaining invoices will still be accessible via email if needed.
